So much plastic surgery!
Both Mickey Rourke and Michael Jackson's facial features were severely altered by plastic surgery, to the point where they are almost unrecognizable.  Michael Jackson's appearance changed dramatically over the years and his skin tone got progessivley lighter.   Mickey Rourke required extensive reconstructive surgery due to his boxing career and he never looked the same again.
Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson was an American singer and songwriter. Michael Jackson was born on August 29th, 1958 in Gary, Indiana. Jackson was known in pop culture as the "King of Pop", and entered the world of music at the young age of 5. When he was a child, Michael was the lead singer for family group the Jackson 5, where he and his 8 other siblings sang together. The Jackson 5 was popular in the 1960s and 1970s, but Michael began a solo career in 1971 at the age of 13.

He debuted his first solo album called, Ben in 1972. In 1979, MJ released Off the Wall, which included his popular song "Rock with You", and Grammy Award single "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough". In 1982, Jackson released his best selling album in history, Thriller. Thriller won 8 Grammys and 12 Grammy Nominations. In 1983, Jackson showed off his "not famous at the time" dance move, the Moonwalk, on a television show. Jackson had a numerous number of extremely successful albums and songs such as "Beat It' and "Billie Jean", and even had albums Michael, and Xscape, released after his death.

Michael’s first wife was Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis' daughter, in 1994, but they divorced in 1996. In late 1996, Jackson remarried Debbie Rowe, where they had their children Michael Joseph "Prince" Jackson, and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson. After their divorce in 1999, Jackson had a third child, Prince Michael "Blanket" Jackson II with a surrogate whose identity is unknown. Jackson had many allegations of plastic surgery, vitiligo, and child molestation. These allegations caused his reputation and career to decline. Jackson died June 25th, 2009 of drug overdose.
Mickey Rourke
Mickey Rourke is an American actor, writer, and former professional boxer. His acting career began in the early 1980s with a string of critically successful performances in "Diner", "Rumble Fish", "The Pope of Greenwich Village", and "Barfly". He became familiar to the mainstream and was sex symbol material for his role in the 1986 erotic drama "9½ Weeks".

In 1991, Rourke retired from acting briefly to pursue a career as a professional boxer. He had, but brief, success in the ring and won eight fights without losing any of them. The sport turned out to be very physically demanding, and he endured a string of injuries that necessitated reconstructive surgery, which greatly altered the structure of his face.

He resumed acting in 1994, taking supporting roles in movies for the rest of the decade. His career was given a major boost by his portrayal of the brutal and scarred Marv in the 2005 film "Sin City", which earned him several lesser-known awards. His comeback was cemented by his lead role in the 2008 drama "The Wrestler", which he won a Golden Globe and a BAFTA award for Best Actor and an Academy Award nomination for.

Since "The Wrestler", Rourke has appeared in a chain of films, often as a supporting character, such as "Iron Man 2" (2010), "Immortals" (2011), and "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" (2014). He also stepped back into the ring for an exhibition bout in 2014, a fight that would come under scrutiny later.

Rourke has had a consistent flow of work in several films over the past few years, often in independent or direct-to-video movies. Some of his recent releases are appearances in "Adverse" (2020), "Man of God" (2021), "Warhunt" (2022), and "Not Another Church Movie" (2024). Rourke has also appeared in music videos, video games, and commercials. He has often credited his dogs for being there for him through difficult periods, and he is well-known to be an animal lover.
